  • Job applications — your name, email, phone number, location, career area, experience level, CV/résumé file, and any portfolio or social profile links you choose to include.
  • Newsletter sign-up — your email address.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information to third parties.

How We Use Your Information

  • Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry.
  • Job application details are used to consider you for current or future roles at Khem IT.
  • Newsletter email addresses are used only to send updates you've signed up for — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send.

How We Protect Your Information

This site is served over HTTPS, and access to stored contact and application data is restricted to authorised Khem IT staff. We use automated spam-filtering on our forms; this runs entirely on our own servers and does not share your data with third-party services.

Data Retention

We keep contact messages and job applications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to them or consider you for a role, after which they may be deleted. You can request deletion at any time — see "Your Rights" below.

Cookies

We use a session cookie only to keep staff members logged in to the internal dashboard. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
